Orla Barry has been based in Bridge Street Studios since 2008. Her paintings embrace the beauty of the natural world expressing its atmosphere of magic and enchantment while drawing influence from sacred art, mysticism, surrealism and fairytales.
She sells original paintings, art prints, brooches, necklaces and greeting cards through her online shop. Her work is also available from the studio and in gift shops throughout Ireland.
Orla studied Fine Art in Dublin Institute of Technology graduating with an honours degree in 2007. She regularly exhibits her paintings and has completed residencies in Ireland, Wales, Iceland, Spain and Finland.
